Art Exchange Staff

Kristin Meyer, Art Consultant:
Principal, The Art Exchange
Kristin joined The Art Exchange team in 2006 as the sole principal.  Having grown up in Upper Arlington, Kristin returned in 2005 from Manhattan, where she enjoyed an exciting career in the arts. There she worked in the Impressionist and Modern Art Department at Phillips, de Pury & Luxembourg, International Auctioneers.  Kristin helped facilitate the sale of many important works while with Phillips, de Pury & Luxembourg, including her favorite, an Ernst Kirchner wood bust which was sold to The National Gallery in Washington, D.C.
Kristin later moved on to work as the Assistant Director for ADF International, a dealer of German Expressionist, Modern, and Contemporary works, as well as ancient Egyptian, Sumerian, and Assyrian antiquities.  While at ADF International, Kristin worked closely with a top Manhattan commercial and residential real estate developer, gaining knowledge regarding architecture, building materials, and reading and understanding blueprints.  Given Kristin’s vast areas of expertise over the years, she brings the keen ability to mix different media within spaces, creating a unique and sophisticated environment for the client.  Kristin is a member of The Columbus Museum of Art and The Wexner Center for the Arts, as well as a member of GenArts in New York City.  Kristin has enjoyed rediscovering Columbus and looks forward to continuing the amazing tradition of excellence, for which The Art Exchange is known.
